Welcome to Open Government Indonesia (OGI) Website. OGI website (hereinafter referred to as "Services") is a site dedicated by the National Secretariat of Open Government Indonesia to meet the public needs regarding the information on Open Government Indonesia.
The rules for using the Service will be guided by these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and / or utilizing all features of the Service, you are deemed to have read, understood and are subject to and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any changes thereafter.
The Service Manager has the right to make any changes to the Terms and Conditions at any time effective at the time of delivery. It is an obligation for Service Users to periodically see the changes that occur and bind the Service Users.
The Service Manager has the right at any time to change, delay and eliminate parts and or features provided by the Service including but not limited to the availability of data and or content. Including the right to limit access to Service Users on certain parts and or features of the Service.
USER
Users are all people and / or parties who access and or use the features of Service.
Users while carrying out all activities in the Service must comply with the provisions in the Terms and Conditions and the applied regulations as well as maintain the following norms and ethics:
1. Forbidden to list and issue statements and or depictions which include but are not limited to harassing, insulting, demeaning and offensive to ethnicity, religion, race and class, gender / sex, physical condition / disability, certain institutions / groups, pornography, dirty words and other things that are not in accordance with the ethics and norms of the community.
2. Prohibited from acting in violation of Intellectual Property Rights, including but not limited to plagiarism, copying without permission / piracy, forgery.
3. Users while carrying out service activities are prohibited from spreading slander and lies as well as carrying out prohibited activities in the Republic of Indonesia, triggering hatred for certain groups.
4. Prohibited from doing activities in the Service that can spread viruses, trojans and or other computer programs that can disrupt or damage or stop the service process.
DATA AND INFORMATION
Data and Information presented in the Service are data and information that can be accessed by the public, and some data and information are protected and subject to the provisions of Intellectual Property Rights and other statutory provisions related to the dissemination of information.

MANAGEMENT OF DATA AND INFORMATION
The User hereby agrees to give the Service Manager the right to manage and process Data and Information from the User for the benefit of the User.
User agrees that the validity and legal validity of all Data and Information submitted by User become the personal responsibility and burden of Users. The Service Manager is not responsible for the Data and Information submitted by the User either directly or indirectly whether it is delivered openly in public spaces or is conveyed privately to the Service Manager. The Service Manager has the right to edit / change, edit the contents, arrange and service all Data and Information including but not limited to writing, photographs and images for the benefit of journalistic ethics, norms and aesthetics. Service Manager based on court order and / or law has the right to submit Data and Service User Information to the authorities, if the Data and Information becomes evidence in a criminal offense.
